Leslie is a fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle advocate and the voice behind the Be A New You website and blog. At the young age of 25 she has quickly learned that in order to live a happy life you need great family and friends, an exciting and manageable fitness routine, and delicious healthy food habits!
After working in different restaurants the most important thing she learned was that you can only run your body so long on lack of sleep and food before you start to shut down. She quickly realized that fries and burgers left her feeling lazy and unmotivated the next day. From moving on to working in a gym she quickly learned healthy eating and a regular fitness routine 1. was not that difficult once you apply yourself and 2. It only gets easier with time. Getting a good nights rest, eating good throughout the day and working out left her feeling more motivated than ever and ready to take on daily challenges.
It is now in her life that she wants to take the experiences that she has learned and help you. Everyone has something they want to change and now with Leslie at your finger tips those struggles will be met with motivational talks that will help you get to that New You you always keep talking about!
